About CafeMania~

CafeMania was born out of the owners’ passion for coffee. After noticing how even the finest restaurants sometimes lacked expertise when it comes to making good espresso, the owners decided to start their own coffee cart.

Combining their knowledge of European Espresso Culture and the inherently wonderful taste of Puerto Rican Specialty coffee, they created a concept that stands apart from the rest based on the principle that a good coffee business should start in the cup.

The company’s success in creating wonderful brews is evident in their fast growth. Two years after they first started serving coffee from their small cart, they have now expanded their products and services to include barista classes, espresso catering, menu development and high-quality equipment. There are also plans to open two new spaces before the end of 2008.

The company is guided by their desire to spread and teach others to celebrate the culture of coffee. By providing their clients--- the restaurant owners, the experienced baristas, the connoisseurs—with high-quality products and services, they are hoping to make their patrons drink, breath and live coffee.
